Not Even Worth One Star, I Was Going To Message The Company But Each Place Is Individually Owned....Had A Terrible Experience At This Theater , Today My Husband & Are Friends Went To Go See the 12:15 showing of Dead Pool, So We Got Are Over Priced Tickets & ours Snacks & Proceeded Down the long hallway , Now when we were given our tickets we were not told what theater to go into or to watch out for the fact that the same movie was playing across the hall, so we went into the theater knowing we were a couple min late and the movie started we assumed it was like the first one starting in a crazy action spot and then going back...as we were sitting there the movie made no sense , and eventually 2 of us went out for refills on drinks....walking back to our theater we then noticed dead pool playing across the hall the theater we were supposed to be in, so we only saw 40 min of a 2hour movie....we were all upsett we just payed $8 a piece for not even half a movie...., So as we were speaking outside the theater about how we were going to speak to the manager and explain the situation she came out of the bathroom as we were talking, she asked what the problem was and we explained and wanted are money back or some solution to the problem.....but no she was very rude and told us we couldn't have our money back cause we saw a whole movie ware we replied and explained again no we saw half a movie and didn't realize it till it was to late....so instead of trying to resolve the situation she said she couldn't give us our money back because they just opened......!!??? So wouldn't you want to make a good impression if u just opened by helping the person that is complaining... But no we will never be going back to this theater....we would rather drive to Gardner ware we Kno what to expect ware the tickets are cheaper and the popcorn is...

First time trying out this new cinema and I will not go back. I went on a Sunday morning to see the Avengers with my wife and daughter. The young girl working the ticket counter never greeted my family to the cinema or even said a word for that matter and had a disgruntled look on her face. I greeted her and asked for tickets to the early showing. Understandably the first few shows were sold out. I stepped out to call another cinema close by to see if they had sold out as well which they had. My wife had now suggested to go back into Athol Cinema and get tickets for a later showing. As I was standing in line the manager said she could help the next customer in line at the popcorn counter with tickets so I headed to her. After stepping out of the line I was in she told me she actually couldn’t help me there and put me in a snack line behind people picking what sodas and food they'd like for their movie. At this time I’m now watching the rude young woman from before ringing through a few groups of people that were originally behind me and by the time I had got to purchase tickets they had no grouping of three seats for the rest of the day?!?! I was never apologized to and the manager could clearly tell I was wrongfully bounced around and should have gotten tickets for at least one of the days showings. If I could rate a...

One star. Although the seats and food were pretty good, all of the staff were horrible in their ways. I went to a 1 pm On a weekday, as I was selecting my seat, none of the three staff members, including what I believe was the manager, could tell me which side the entrance in the theater was. The theater was empty, aside from my girlfriend. I ordered fries, and they told me it would be a little wait (we were the only customers in the theater), but I was patient. Avoiding missing the movie's start, we went in as they suggested to come back out for fries. 10-15 minutes later, I came out for my fries and nothing. Two employees watched me stand at the register in front of the desk for 10 minutes while one swept around me and the other played on their phone on the lounging chairs in the front lobby. I got fed up with missing the movie because they both saw me standing there and didn't bother to say anything or move after glancing at me a few times. I went back to the theater, where the indoor lighting was way too bright for a movie to be playing. My date ended up going out there to get her fries and water, claiming they were rude to her as well, and we needed to leave a review. Other than that, it was clean, the food was pretty good, and prices were slightly expensive for even today's movie...
