Starbucks — Restaurant in Athol

I have lived in town three years now. Pre covid this SBux was the best. I came multiple times a day, always perfect. I wasn’t out as much during covid, and now that things have died down I’m back here every morning and some evenings. But my drinks are super inconsistent. Sometimes they are great, other times awful. I basically order the same 3-4 things. Tonight I got a shaken espresso, but they let the shots sit on the counter for a solid 5 minutes, they were bitter by the time I got the drink. They remade the drink, but messed up and put the vanilla in before shaking it and after.. at this point it’s been made twice, I just took it and left. Please please please help the staff with proper procedures because I’m horrible addicted and I need my fix! The one thing I will say.. any employees that have been here 3+ years are super sweet. I have found the “long term employees” are phenomenal, and ALL of the staff has a great attitude. Just need more drink...

I love that there is a Star Bucks in Athol! I will not get my coffee/tea any where else but here! I travel from Baldwinville every day and the staff is always so pleasant. I place my order online, so I never have to look at the menu and quests what they have available and such. ( the Star Bucks app is a real life saver) plus if you go there a lot, you get points and get free drinks and food! It’s less expensive than ordering in store without the app. I got through the drive through and just tell them, I’m picking up an order for Becky. They are so nice on the intercom. I drive up and no need to exchange money... they give me a smile and hand me my order. Oh, sometimes I bring my Golden Retriever with me. He gets a Pupa-chino. Just my opinion, I think the options are much better and healthier. The drinks taste much better and are worth the money. The breakfast is worth it too. The protein containers...

This is usually my favorite starbucks, but I've noticed a weird pattern when I order in the evenings.... if I order in person, my drink is made great and exactly what I expected. If I order on the app, my drink will be the wrong flavor or size. It's almost a bit comical and I even made a joke last night that I wonder what it would look like this time. Firstly, I went in 10 minutes after order to an empty restaurant and my order wasn't on the counter. I asked someone about it and they had to ask around to find my drink? It was mistakingly placed at the drive through, and she handed it to me and I had to ask about the rest of the order (cake pops) and they again had to ask around, recall on a screen, and them grabbed 2 random ones! And then in the car I opened my latte to find it a third empty! I don't order cappuccino because I don't want all foam... what happened here?? What's going on at...
