East Texas Meat Slingers — Local services in Atlanta

I have been hearing about meat shops throughout East Texas for a while. I stumbled upon The Meat Slingers a week ago when my Brother n law smoked some pineapple sausage. I drove from Texarkana to experience their shop myself. Was not disappointed. They even opened up early so I could come in and revel in the luscious meats. The Stuffed Quail is top notch. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The refrigerators and freezers are very easy to browse, and the quality of the meat is absolutely superb. Since I was introduced to them by friends and family, I have changed my shopping routine . I will drive to Atlanta to buy meat, and I will refuse to buy brisket anywhere else! When I’m spending 18 to 30 hours smoking meat especially brisket I want the best available, and they have by far the absolute best brisket...

This is a must for everyone. Custstomer service was on point. Everything offered was explained to me with great detail. Excellent selection. This has changed the way I buy meat forever.
