Rabbit Patch — Restaurant in Atlanta

So, this is a little local place. It was the first time I went there. I was there with my best friend and her family. I ordered the turkey avocado BLT and fries. It was fabulous! However, my friend ordered the potato soup. She was excited until our food came out to us. It was cold and did not taste good at all according to her. The bacon cheddar fries (I think is what they're called) werr awesome to me. They were saying they didn't "taste the same as before," but I didn't have anything to compare them to and I thought they were delicious.

My recommendation is to order either a sandwich or hot foods, and not the soup. We were speaking with others who had tried the soup the day before and agreed that not only was it cold, it wasn't good. In all honesty, I didn't try the soup and refused to since everyone else that tried it was in agreement that it was not good. She did say that she liked how they used big chunks of potatoes. That's always a plus.

Overall, my food was delicious and presented perfectly. I recommend you try the little place out. I would definitely go back again. Very family friendly atmosphere. They are proud of their Rabbits! And the...

Hopefully this was just an off day. It was raining all day, my first visit here.

The good; It's got a great atmosphere with old time ice-cream bar, 60's phone booth, lockers and sports jerseys with black and white photos of days gone by. They have a good menu mostly burgers, wraps, and salads with great fries and onion rings. I didn't realize they closed at 2pm Saturday and we got there at 130 so I bet they were not thrilled to have late arriving customers although the girl at taking orders was pleasent and helpful and never said anything about closing at 2.

The Bad: We shared a meal and asked for an extra plate..this was the part that was very disturbing and gross...the plate was covered in a greasy film with a coating of dust..when I wiped it with a napkin, the napkin was black. I had to hunt down someone to ask for another plate and to let them know the plate was filthy. I didn't get much response regarding the plate (no I'm so sorry or anything showing concern). I'll give them another try, as I now realize they close at 2. But if it was another restaurant I'd never go back just because...

Was one of my favorite places to get a burger. Came up today and they got busy after we placed our order. It seemed to be taking a while for our food, but that was ok. They brought food to the large party that arrived after us. Those folks were all finishing up and our order was brought out. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were cold, but sometimes that happens I suppose. I reached for my burger and it was also cold. I spoke to the lady that brought my food and she seemed at a loss as to what she should do. She stood there for a few seconds and then offered to remake my food. She returned in about 90 seconds and, without saying a word, dropped the same cold food on our table and walked away. Ended up getting my money back and leaving. After we left, my wife admitted to me that her food was also cold and, actually, not exactly as it normally is. Perhaps they have someone new cooking today. Not really sure, but they were not up to there normal...
