Heritage Halal Market — Local services in Atlanta

I want to write this review after 3 weeks of my purchase. This is was my 3rd time visiting them and everytime I visit I spend over $100, this time I was severely disappointed 😞, I asked them to for 3 whole chicken in medium cut pieces for curry, I came home put it in the freezer to use it for next time when I come. I take the chicken out after 1 week thaw it and to my surprise I was disgusted looking at the chicken pieces it was like a nightmare for me the chicken skin was there chicken bones tiny pieces was there and the pieces were not cut in small medium or large sizes it was cut like I couldn't use it for anything, I don't know to to describe but it wasn't even cut properly the chicken pieces were still connected with bones and skin, I was so disgusted and disappointed that I almost want it to throw the whole chicken away, I made a mistake buying whole chicken from this shop never again, just to save gas I didn't go to bismillah halal meat market, this shop is 30mins drive from where I live but I am never going back, needless to say they are over priced, they even charged me different prices for the 3 whole chicken cut into pieces, not sure why.... bought halal 7 rice crispy treats for $4 each and there were old stale wasted my money I felt so disappointed almost want it to cry for wasting my money all 3 package of cut up chicken turned into double work for me, bismillah shops never gave me chicken with skin, and they charge same price for chicken. This shop is a disappointment. Stay away from this shop and save your money. In the name of halal meat shop they are looting muslim customers, I wish I would have taken the pictures of the cut up chicken it looked like some immature used a dull knife to cut...

As-Salamu ‘Alaykum wr wb, Mash Allah this place is phenomenal ! I don’t think i’ve ever written a review for anything but I feel I gotta support the brothers and sisters who own and operate this place in any way. There is no halal meat shops in my area, my wife and I travel to Atlanta when we can to buy meat but a lot of the meat shops we visit don’t seem up to standard and are extremely pricey. When we went to this place for the first time today I was blown away when we walked in. Everything was clean, the meat was stored and packaged properly, and the prices were reasonably affordable. I didn’t feel like I needed to seek refuge in Allah(SWT) from food poisoning or like I was being ripped off with inflated prices. And the customer service was awesome Alhamdulillah. Insha Allah this is where my family will be being meat from now on. Brothers and sisters I would highly recommend shopping at this establishment and I pray Allah(SWT) gives the owners barakah in their efforts and increases their provision....

Went recently to Al Madina Halal Meats to stock up before heading back out of town. The store's signage, online, yellow pages, etc states the business hours. And it clearly states they should be open. This was on a Saturday morning a weeks ago. My family and I was there at 10am sharp and the business was closed. Waited an hour and then left. We weren't the only ones in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. If you state your business hours, please keep your word. Things may happen so inform the public in advance that you will not be opening. The ride to this store wasn't close for us and to be closed when it's listed to be open, wasted our gas,...
