Let me say this loud and clear: I’m a coffee drinker… and STILL, I visit @JayidaCheTea almost DAILY.

Why? Because the drinks are THAT good. Whether hot, iced, or frozen, every single sip is a masterpiece. Today I had the mint matcha, and baybeeee… I don’t even chase trends like that, but THIS? This was a whole moment. Perfectly balanced, just the right sweetness, and brought to my table with full service like royalty. YES.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I gotta shout out the team who makes this place feel like home:

Hanan – She NEVER misses. No matter the drink, she hits it out the park every time. MaNiya – Best. Matcha. Maker. EVERRRRRR. Period. Syd – Always says yes, even at closing time. The real MVP, and I LOVE her for that!

I love tea and was surprised to find this adorable little shop inside of Endulge Cupcake Boutique this weekend. While I was waiting in line to purchase a cupcake, I was greeted by this lovely young lady that offered me a sample of tea. After one sip, I made the decision to purchase a bag of Energy Adjustment tea. After asking Haran a few questions, I also purchased a bag of you Had me at rose tea and a bottle of peach lavender lemonade.

Energy Adjustment: green tea, schisandra berry, ginkgo leaf, gotu kola, licorice root, peppermint and ginger. The small sample pack was $5.

You Had me at Rose: a blend of rose petals, passion flower, honeysuckle, lemongrass, hibiscus and raspberry tea leaves. The small sample pack was $5.

Peach lavender lemonade: made fresh with no preservatives and has lavender, ceylon peach tea, water, lemon and sugar. 16 oz bottle.

After exhausting myself complaining on endless cups of coffee, matcha , unimaginative tea choices, syrupy and / or heavy milky alternatives.. I started wondering where all the tea spots of intown Atlanta were- The kind with loose leaf combinations, friendly yet serious staff that were knowledgeable in the benefits, process, and sourcing? Lo and behold, there WAS one a mile away! Jayida Ché Herbal Tea is everything I was hoping for. The owners and staff are passionate and knowledgeable on products with, prepared teas, pre bagged loose leaf combos, in addition to wonderful suggestions of what to mix based on known benefits. My favorite( and I believe most popular )product being YOU had me at ROSE and the Turmeric Honey sold in store( stir it all together and it is love and warmth in a cup). I would like to see Jayida Ché in a space on its own one day , similar to the many in town coffee spots. I’d never leave.
