I’ll start by saying I loved the look and volume of my extensions. That’s the only positive thing I can say. So there’s an old adage, that ā€œpain is beautyā€. If so, I paid the price for pretty lashes with pain, irritation, and my own lashes. The space was clean, and organized. I wasn’t made particularly comfortable during my session however. I was told where to lay. I was told that I would have tape put over my eyes to help keep them close during the process. However that was it. There is no other conversation with me, as April was on multiple phone calls, with her family. Although I mentioned that this was my first time getting eyelash extensions, there was really no information offered as far as the process or maintenance. What seriously checked me out was at the end of installation April gave me two little gadgets and told me to hold them over my eyes. They were fans, to help assist with the drying. I had to dry for at least five minutes before I left my appointment. Before I left and made my final payment, I told her that I had discomfort (burning) in my right eye. She told me I needed to dry it a little longer, and so I did. Once in my car the burning continued. I figured the lashes still were wet with glue and that I just needed to let it dry. About five hours later the burning finally stopped. When I took a nap I woke up and I had lost to Lashes. I contacted April and asked her about the loss of lashes so early after installation. She sent me a text saying that I could expect to lose 3 to 5 lashes on each side. The really painful part in all of this was the loss of my own lashes due to the type of glue used on these extensions. Honestly it felt like gorilla glue had been used as an adhesive. The glue was rock hard when I went to remove them. I had to let everything fall out naturally because it was so painful. Not soap water, make up remover, or oil; nothing could be used to get this glue off. So while my lashes lasted almost 5 weeks, I would not recommend this type of adhesive for anyone. I booked this session on Styleseat, and was impressed with the 5 star rating. I realize that some stylists can cancel your payment from the app if you choose to pay in another form, thus eliminating your ability to review on the app. Apryl was running her business out of her house at the time of my appointment-this may have changed.

My lashes will stay in place and look stunning for almost a month or when I feel like taking them down. I get so many compliments from my lashes. I will not be trading my lash tech for anyone in the world. Don't knock it until you try it. You will definitely be impressed and hooked at the same time!!!

The owner is so rude and disrespectful. Has a bad attitude. She had the wrong address on her site and blamed me for it. Like literally cursed me out virtually when I came to that location. So I had to drive to her actual business which was not listed anywhere. When I got there she accused me of stalking her home when I literally never met this lady ever. Then she demanded she go through my texts to prove to me that she didn’t have the wrong address on her website. Lol. Just a hot mess. Then she was in physical pain and could barely concentrate on my lashes. This was my first time going. After she tried to get extra sweet when I had to pay asked if I was gonna tip anything(I always do) but decided not to because of the unprofessional, like she literally screamed at me like I was a child. I only went through w the appointment bc she had my payment t and could charge me for a late fee or cancellation fee. She did okay though. My eyes were a little irritated after a few days. But never plan on going back. I’d rather do my own lashes before I put myself in a lackluster situation...

I’ve been shopping with this business for a couple of months now. Every time I come, the owner has an attitude of some sort and is blatantly rude to her customers. It’s extremely disheartening to experience as I’ve been in the industry for 8 years myself & pride myself on providing great customer service to my clients… However, after my most recent visit, I can no longer pretend to support this business. The owner raised her voice with me because I didn’t have CASH ONLY for a deal she was running when I didn’t even want the deal…… I was so baffled. I decided to finally leave a review and discontinue business due to the lack of professionalism! Unfortunately it’s not many suppliers in my area, but I’ll become the next supplier before I continue to spend my dollars here. Stay...
