T Lash Extensions — Local services in Atlanta

I’ve been a loyal customer of T Lash Extensions for a while now because the work itself is undeniably good. My lashes always look great after each appointment, and I was generally happy with the results. However, my experience with customer service has been disappointing. I received an unprofessional “Hey boo” text from the owner, which set the tone for what came next.

There have been multiple occasions where appointments were canceled on the same day, leaving me frustrated after rearranging my schedule. There was even one instance where I showed up to an appointment only to find out she wasn’t there. I had to reschedule because she never communicated her absence in advance. After this, I started confirming my own appointments the day before—something I shouldn’t have to do as the customer. It’s the service provider’s responsibility to ensure appointments are properly confirmed.

As a paying customer who has consistently supported this business, I expected better communication and respect for my time. Unfortunately, when I tried to address these issues, I was met with defensive responses and eventually blocked, rather than any accountability or attempt to resolve the concerns.

If T Lash Extensions could match the professionalism of their service with the quality of their work, it would be a top-tier experience. Sadly, I can’t recommend them due to the lack of consistency and accountability. It’s a real shame because the talent is there, but the customer experience falls short.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but I want to clarify a few things that weren’t communicated at all, which goes back to the core of my original review about the lack of professionalism and communication. As you can see in the screenshots above, I never received any messages about the issues you mentioned, such as family emergencies or your daughter’s illness. In past situations, I would not know until the day of or once I arrive for my appointment. I understand that life happens, but as a client, I was left completely in the dark each time, making the cancellations even more frustrating.

Regarding your comment about extended hour fees, I was never informed that I was receiving any special accommodation. I always aimed to be respectful of your time, which is why I adjusted to Sundays when you indicated that it worked better for you. Each time you rescheduled, I adjusted to fit your timing. This most recent time, I simply couldn't adjust my plans on such short notice.

I also want to address the marijuana comment. This accusation is both false and unprofessional. I have always respected your space and arrived at appointments in a professional manner. I find it unfortunate that this was brought up in your response, as it feels like an attempt to discredit me rather than focus on resolving the real issues.

T provided , an absolutely upscale experience from top to bottom. Her communication, her products and even her gentleness is what I expect when booking any beauty treatment. I get my eyelashes done regularly, but prefer an understated more natural look. T was able to execute my vision with perfection. It was hard not to fall asleep listening to music laying on the table! I found T Lash on Google and originally planned to get a lash lift. After feeling her lashes, I was completely sold on getting a full set instead. They’re the softest, lightest lashes I’ve ever felt, and my set came out so pretty. T really listened to what I wanted and perfected the look.

I also had my brows tinted, and she did an amazing job. T was warm, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The playlist was great, and I was so relaxed I actually dozed off on her table.
