This apartment complex is TRASH! The staff is ghetto. The grounds are dirty and ghetto. Maintenance is somebody's granddaddy who doesn't even know how to fix anything. They took 3 1/2 months to fix my air conditioning. Oh, don't get me started on the roaches and other unidentified bugs that lived with me. I should've made them pay rent as much authority as they had around my apartment. Kids running around the apartment complex knocking on my door begging to take out my trash for some change. The pool is OUT OF REGULATIONS and should be CLOSED DOWN. Interior of my apartment... POOR (Appliances, counter tops, cabinets out of date). I called the Health Department because there was MOLD growing in my and two other neighbors apartments. Their response? An attempt to evict me although I was forced to live in an uninhabitable apartment for over 2 months. I had a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs apartment, which caused mold spores to grow, resulting in me notifying them. (Mind you at this time my air conditioning was not working). I came home to find my bathroom in disarray and a hole in my ceiling. I was never notified someone would be entering my home. They never called to check on the repair (obviously since they didn't know my apartment was left in the condition it was). After calling Code Enforcement and threatening a lawsuit, the office manager (only employee) and regional manager was replaced. I had reached out to the corporate office ROCO Management 10+ times but never received a phone call back. I was unable to proceed forward with my lawsuit due to financial circumstances being I had to find a place to stay last minute. I'M STILL CONSIDERING IT because I lost a lot of personal clothing and other items. STAY FAR AWAY but if you do try these ratchet, unprofessional apartments I hope your experience is...

I called them and asked them OK are you all going to closet doors where the laundry room is in the pantry in the kitchen and closet doors in the bedrooms they replied no OK youāre paying $1700 what are these apartments probably aināt worth $1200 from what youāre getting my stove almost caught a fire a week after I moved in they brought me a second stove the second stove door oven door came completely off. I have put in a maintenance request. Do you think Iāve seen these people know every time they leave out of here something come up missing, my drill came up missing my stepstool came up missing so now you donāt want the maintenance people in here because now you gotta watch them my drill came up missing during the time they came here to fix the hot water heater. Iām getting ready to hang up curtains cause I donāt want to look at my wash and dryer and a hot water heater every day so I go get rid of to hang up my curtains, the hat, the wash and dryer cause itās right near my master bedroom and my drill gone I looked down and all of a sudden Iām seeing daylight from behind my refrigerator I go get them go to make a maintenance request they come in. They got these 5ā5ā people trying to move refrigerators and stove. No tow up the whole linoleum on the floor in my kitchen so now itās all ripped up and Iām just is just crazy then when they move the stove from behind the stove, thereās a big old hole in the back of the bad boy light a whole rat nest was there not even sure they fixed it and you can see that that management know put they people in here but nothing is really getting done...

RE: Termination of Lease Agreement due to Emotional Distress
Dear Sir(s) and or Madam,
This letter serves as immediate notice that I am unable to continue under the lease agreement regarding the above referenced property due to the undue distress of rat infestation in my home.
I do understand that when I initially advised you of this issue, April 2, 2016, you allowed me to move from my first Apt. 36A into Apt.15E and it appeared the problem no longer persisted. But, it is now apparent that this was not an isolated issue as I realized that this issue is also present in my current apartment Apt.15E. I have children one of which is a newborn and constantly I am worried about their and my health and well being, due to this issue.
As a result, I find your complex in violation of our lease agreement. Please reference to article number 31. Responsibility of owner section 3 and 4.
In addition, some other major issues that are also of major concern to me are as follows;
a) Mold present in my home. b) Bullet Shells in grass directly outside of my apartment. c) Children Writing on my car with rocks/Vandalizing Vehicles. d) Harmful spiders inside home. e) Water pressure extremely low. f) Sub Floor in bedroom slanted. g) Laminate in eating area rising up at the seam. h) Trees behind apartment overgrown.
