While they may not have all the technological bells and whistles that other elevators do, the staff are really friendly and will tech you what you need to know. With that being said, the more you know how to do (and do well), the more helpful you are. The layout of equipment doesn't lend itself to easy flow-path analysis, though, so there will be some confusion at first; regardless of experience level.
