Thank you to Marcas and Steve at Attica Motorsports for helping us along the way with the purchase of our 2022 Polaris RZR XP 4 1000! We live 2 hours away and Marcas was very forthcoming with the details of the machine via email and text. Round trip, we traveled to their store, test drove, arranged to finance, and was home in 5 hours.
Update: Iāve been working on trying to get the warranty as originally stated on my bill of sale with 3 additional years remaining settled. They said Polaris was contacted but never heard back from the Attica Sales team on it. Polaris told me the dealership failed to transfer the warranty. After more than 5 months no one will call me back. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls not retuned. Not sure what it going on here, but just want them to make it right. Guess Iāll have to take the 2 hour drive to get face to face.
Update 2: I went in and talked to Roy. He was able to work with Polaris directly and resolve the clerical issue. We're back in business with peace of mind until 2026....

By just asking a question, Bryson went out and measured for me and took photos. We set everything up over the phone the next couple days because I was strapped for time. Bryson and the finance team even stayed late for me when I was running behind (after 7 on a Friday) for me to just look at the unit and let me test drive it. I also got a super base model with no accessories and I felt like I was treated as if I was buying the most premium model they offered. They spent the extra time to completely wash the unit for me and let me use their air to top off my trailer tires. Super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, all the above. Canāt say anything but good things about this place. Plus, the price of the unit was cheaper than anything else I could find AND they had their own store discount on top of that. Kudos to these...

From the day I arrived there with my Suzuki Burgman 650 that left me stranded in the middle of the countryside, the service department and particularly the service manager, Roy, have gone out of their way to make sure my maintenance issues were taken care of to my satisfaction and at a cost that I felt was more than fair given the seriousness of the problem. I'm sorry that a few folks had a bad experience with sales, etc. but as for me, I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thank you Roy and please thank the folks you had do the repair work on my Suzuki. I'm sure it was a challenge and this old veteran appreciates the treatment I received at Attica...
