::Editing with further information:: 5/17/18 I reached out to the Auburn store as the email address didn't work. Spoke to the Manager Matt and was informed that I need to show him the item list that was created. I emailed over the item list and he said that he would speak with the district manager.

A few days later Rich from the Dudley store reached out to me as primary point of contact and offered a resolution to the problem which I gladly accepted.

As such I am raising the review to 3 stars. As resolution was met, but the original problem really put me out of wack in timeframes.

::Original Post::Was in Worcester so we decided to take our business to Bargain Outlet because we were really in love with a kitchen set. We sat down with an employee at the project design center and because we already took steps to design a similar kitchen we ask the employee to match the design. Well he did a great job! The design looked just like what we wanted our kitchen to be. He did the item list and gave us it to take home with us. So about a week later we took the new design to the Dudley store to complete the order and pay for it.

Three weeks go buy and our new kitchen is in! We go to the store and get the boxes so we can build it ourselves...only to open everything and find that even though the design was right on the layout. The employee forgot three cabinets! Three! One base, the microwave cabinet and a 36x36. As homeowners and not experts we relied on this employee expertise to make sure everything was accounted for. Now we have to wait for replacements to come in. Luckily the Dudley store had the base and microwave cabinet. But we will be waiting for the 36x36 for another two weeks or so, not to mention we had to pay for the three cabinets that were missing from the quote. My advice is to drive a bit further and go to the Dudley store if you want things done right...

Ray is absolutely incredible. So helpful and knowledgeable with what he does. My boyfriend and I went in, not really knowing what we were doing when it came to our kitchen and the cabinets we were looking for and what would be durable and functional in our home but Ray broke it all down for us. Place is decent. Price OK. But be careful if one of the employees named Mat Chaffee offer his installation services. I purchased installation service from him, they did the cabinets OK, but they have no clue with countertop, or anything else, during the installation they were smoking weed and left without complete the installation. I had to hire another company to install just the countertop, and finish the installation, a total nightmare. Mat Chaffee does not even know how to...
