Family Dollar — Local services in Augusta

It's getting really old when I get off from my job and need to get something knowing the store in Hephzibah on Windsor spring road closes at 9pm but I have pulled up at 8:45-8:50pm several nights and the girl had already locked the door. She locks up at 8:45 every night and will not let anyone in. I get off work at 830 Monday thru Friday and need to stop to get stuff alot of the time and I would rather go here then any other store near by. But I will no longer spend my money here . I pulled up tonight at 8:49 and she unlocked the door to let a customer out that was in the store when she locked the door at 845 maybe even earlier idk! And locked it right after he walked out she saw me pull up and was about to go in . She didn't care....

First stepped inside the girl behind the counter was not pleasant at all she looked at me and forcefully said... Is that a service dog ? Not welcome to or Mam may we be of service or do you need any help with anything, I felt unwelcomed and Stocking store during busy hours and cleaning floors... It was hot and uncomfortable.. I am a old woman with health issues the heat and the smell of chemicals and the crowded isles made it impossible to continue shopping I did not feel your store...

This store is really in a convenient location for me, but I'll never go there again. For the most part it's dirty and unorganized. They won't clean the outside or the inside. The cashiers are not trained in customer service at all. It's better for us to drive a little further down the road. The owners do not care about the...
