They are terrible at their one job, which is to deliver the mail. They hold packages and don't deliver them, or even worse, don't deliver them and then LIE about delivering them. I guess they have some incentive to claim it was delivered on time so they'll click they delivered something when it wasn't. If you go talk to them in person, they are unhelpful and often rude.

I have gone there for a package and they literally had it just in the back and kept walking right past it, like I could literally SEE it. I had to point it out to them after they insisted it wasn't there and lo and behold, it was that one.

Another time, I was expecting a package on Tuesday. It still hadn't come by Thursday, despite them saying it was out for delivery Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday. I go Friday and they say oh, we have a lot of Amazon packages, but we haven't sorted them yet.

They cannot sort the mail. They cannot deliver the mail on time. They LIE about having delivered the mail, which is the worst of their offences. What exactly is their function? I did not have this problem with the Augusta post office. Needs new management and better employees. It cannot be that hard to run a small post office in Hephzibah, so in addition to their dishonesty, rudeness, and apathy, I assume they are...

I will share about my regular mail delivery person Who I have had for over 10 years and so fortunate To have Donna delivering our mail . She doesn't Hesitate to walk to my door to deliver anything That will not fit and she also knocks as well as ringing our doorbell to make sure we hear her especially our furbabies. This way she knows for sure we heard her we communicate that way. Donna has always helped us in our request and needs . Donna is professional pleasant and sets high standards for those to follow. Donna is a asset to her PROFESSION her DEDICATION and DESIRE TO BE THE BEST SHE CAN BE. UNFORTUNATELY I ALWAYS KNOW WHEN DONNA HAS THE DAY OFF BECAUSE OTHERS DO NOT FOLLOW HER EXCELLENCE OR HER LEAD. I WILL BE SAD AND MISS DONNA AND I'M SURE MANY OTHERS WILL FEEL HER LOSS BUT WILL SURELY WISH HER THE BEST WHEN SHE DECIDES TO RETIRE AND START A NEW CHAPTER IN HER LIFE. I went to the post office because I did a mail forwarding 3-4 weeks ago and haven't got a single piece of mail yet. Before I could even get the words out of my mouth as to why I was there, the employee by the name of Lilly cut me off saying there's nothing we can do, oh uh uh, we can't help you here. You need to go to your old post office or call them. I explained to her I've already spoken with them and the 800 number which told me to come here & ask for the post master. She said oh no. And wouldn't get me the post master. She very rudely asked for my name and address then went to the back and got another female to come out and speak with me who told me she will try to figure something out and call me. I haven't had such a disgusting experience with anyone like Lilly in a very long time and I hope I don't have to come in contact with her ever again if I have to come back to this post office. Plain out nasty, rude, smacking on gum with a stank ass attitude. Does not need to be working with the public. I rarely ever write a review for anything but this disgusted me so much I am typing this soon as I walked out! Hope someone sees this and addresses her sick...
