Went there today to get two plinths for two statues we purchased. Lady seemed nice at first, made a couple comments about how expensive the plinth was we were looking at, as though we wouldn't be able to afford it. Then told me I couldn't take pictures on my phone and I was like cool I'm not taking pictures. What she really meant was don't pull out your phone at all, don't talk to your sister on speakerphone, don't look at your screen to see who is calling you either, because she came back over and told me not to take pictures, and when I said I wasn't taking pictures, she said she was watching me on surveillance, I needed to act like an adult, and she didn't need my money. So I left. Very rude. Very nosy. Very unprofessional way to speak to your customer. They need to update their sign to say no phones, not no pictures, because they clearly don't care if you're actually...

What in the world is going on here? I wanted to buy some small items for my garden but the prices for the small things are astronomical so I can’t imagine what a good sized piece would be. This is concrete not stone carving or bronze but the cost kept me from buying anything at all. Lots of crumbling items. They have a few plain simple birdbaths for an ok price considering it’s difficult to find the concrete ones in lots of places. These birdbaths were the only items marked in the whole place. You can only walk along the front and to the office door. The rest of the place is just closed off and stacked with broken items and junk. Sad. I would have bought a half dozen small pieces from them but they priced themselves out of business. I would not recommend going here unless you want a plain inexpensive looking grey...

Not very good customer service went two different times with in a three week period and the prices changed by $100 (same exact statue/ bird bath). Called and explained two days later what I saw and wanted to buy and got a response of "I don't know what you are talking about and we don't give prices over the phone."
