I like to get a full experience so I visited this place several times over the last several months both day and night. Asked residents questions, spoke with office staff, hung out at the park in the evening, etc. The idea was to check it all out and get the best "full experience" I could prior to buying or investing in a long term commitment. Not all bad but here are a few experiences I had: A couple of the staff people were rude. Saying anything from they are too busy, can I come back (there was no one in the office) to I have no idea, this is a new community it's just the way it is. (Wow!) Evening and night time drag racing on Picadilly Street and on neighborhood streets?! No one stopping them even after the wreck of a mercedes with no license plates. Very suspicious! What about our children playing outside?! Another time I sat in the park and watched the sun start to set and listened to the kids playing and people walking around and birds flying about only to have someone ask me if I lived there. All good as it seemed friendly. Upon saying no, not yet but thinking about it. Eventually, they must have contacted the "office" and Johnny on the spot, I was instantly helped. Told this is not a public park and that if I do not live there I cannot come and hang out. Same person that about 2 months prior asked me to come back! Bottom line, I won't be back. I did my best. Too...

Painted prairie might have the best park and front range views in all Denver metro. I am excited about future retreat park and town center. This is a great place for a...
