The home that was built is nice, the materials inside the home and the customer service needs a lot of work. We had a leak under our sink that caused mold under the floorboards 1 year after moving in. Working to resolve this issue has taken a lot of time and we have had to work with 3 customer service representatives because they keep leaving. There is lack of communication on when contractors are coming in, timelines for the project and long response times. If you want a standard home and poor customer service representatives, I would suggest you work with KB Homes!

KB has come a long way on presentation and reducing the pushiness. Cody was great. The model decor is ok, but far fewer build quality issues in the model than the last time we toured a KB home, which is great. The crawlspaces are pretty cool to...
