Wow. it’s what I would start with. I ordered recently, I wanted to try the viral Dubai chocolate and I saw and add for Anjar chocolatier Instagram. I was impressed by the fact that they made their own in house pistachio paste and the detail to each step of making the chocolate bar. Honestly, what captivated me most was the effort and detail to the craft. Which now a days it’s just so difficult to find those moments where you find people who truly care about what they do. The chocolate I ordered arrived within 5 days. The presentation was beautiful. For a moment I felt like a kid from the Willy wonka movie opening up the pancaking and finding the chocolate. It was so a ascetically pleasing opening the clear packaging that demonstrated the chocolate. In perfect condition it arrived. Beautiful I almost felt bad trying it. Well once I tried it my god the snap of the quality tempered chocolate as well as the softness from the in-house pistachio filling. It was amazing.
