I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too disruptive and costly to ignore.

I applied to this brand-new complex, was approved, and even received a welcome package confirming my move. Based on this, I gave notice to my current apartment and started planning my move—only to be told TWO DAYS LATER that the approval was an “error.” This is not a small mistake. It left me scrambling for housing, paying additional prorated rent and fees at my current place because I had already given notice based on their confirmation. For a community that’s Less than 50% occupied, this level of disorganization from the management company is ALARMING! I want to make it clear: Ashley, the leasing agent, was AMAZING—helpful and professional every step of the way. The real issue lies higher up with the management company, which clearly lacks proper processes and accountability.

If you’re considering this property, think twice. Errors like this aren’t just “oops” moments—they create serious financial and emotional consequences for tenants. Until this company fixes its internal systems, I would not trust them with something as critical...
