Everything feels very modern here. Clean lines. Open space. The lounge is comfortable; however, being open, and close to the entry, sound cannot be kept out. Also, traffic walks past the lounge. I recommend trying the spa water as an option while you wait. I received a tremendous massage from Dalton.  I went in after two days of a self move. Oh boy--I needed that massage. Dalton put my body back in order. 💜  Delta is also here at The Grove.  She's awesome! I look forward to seeing her. The massage room I was in was very minimalist. When I stepped in, I didn't see anywhere to set my things. I ended up walking around the table and putting them on the floor by a small trash can.  That was not good. That's when I saw a small chair near the door.  That's awkward. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you, because they will validate it for you.

If you are an athlete, I recommend not going to this spa!!! I paid $520 for a Daxxify session that the specialist who attended me recommended. She told me this is better than dysport, it was supposed to focus on working on my eye area for the amount paid! And for 15 days that have passed, I don't see results! 0 results! It didn't work! I spoke to her so she could resolve the issue because I lost $520 and her response from Mrs. Angela was that she knew I wouldn't be happy, that it wouldn't be enough! Why didn't she tell me that at the beginning, that it wouldn't work and I was deciding if I would throw away the money that way? Anyway, if you exercise, don't go to this place because the excuse will be that exercising doesn't work and that you should invest more than $520 if you want to see some results

I got a $50 gift card from family, so I used it on a Ukrainian pedicure. Bruh, that nail tech did wonders to my cuticles and calices. I usually self-pedicure at home, and although I never claim to be good at it, this put my typical work to SHAME. I'm moving soon, so I'll definitely be coming back at least once more before I leave 😎👉👉

First off let me start by saying all of the providers were amazing. The whole experience was ruined by the front staff.

At check in as I was changing and using the restroom for a 4 hour service day the front desk came and knocked on the bathroom door within a minute or two and insinuated I was taking so long because I needed a larger robe - the one provided was actually TOO big.

Then they split my half day package up and had me go back and forth between the manicure/pedicure with services in between to accommodate other customers.

Then at check out I was thanked for my (involuntary) flexibility in working other customers in to my half day service and jumping around and was told the price was $285. I assumed they discounted something as I was being thanked for the inconvenience of their scheduling conflicts.

Then when I advised the tip to add the price that appeared on the screen was over $400. When I looked at it surprised the same lady who made the comment about needing larger robes told me that I had almost $40 dollars added onto my service because I got gel - which I was not informed of the mark up - and there was actually no discount the other front desk just misspoke on the price.

Then at the end, the didn’t even add the correct amount for tip as I asked.

Over all the providers were great and amazing but the front staff ruined the whole experience and made it seem like a snooty money-hungry place rather than a spa that wanted to offer a...

I literally had the best spa experience at Halina Spa. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a helpful and friendly staff. They showed me around, made me feel comfortable and brought me a beverage to relax as I awaited for my facial appointment. Sara was amazing, knowledgeable, and her techniques were fantastic! She listened to all of my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of. Next was my appointment with Dalton for a 60 minute massage. I have been to many different massage locations, but todays massage far exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced. Dalton has the most unique and incredible technique that rejuvenated my muscles and me walk out feeling completely revitalized. Lastly, Angela did my Dysport.. I have always had to be numbed and even bled with other practitioners, yet Angela had a lite hand, she was patient and took the time to ice my face and ensure every injection was carefully placed. This spa has so many things I’m dying to try. I can’t wait to go back and make this my...

I love coming here for facials! The facility is always clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The woman who does my facial is absolutely amazing—she’s professional, kind, and truly knows what she’s doing. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing.

My only suggestion would be for the front desk staff to be more welcoming. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and had to wait while the front desk staff finished chatting with someone else behind the counter. Overall, the experience from check-in to check-out didn’t feel as warm or polished as the rest of the service. Their attitude doesn’t quite meet the standard of professionalism you’d expect from a place staffed with such skilled estheticians. A friendlier, more attentive front desk experience would really elevate the overall atmosphere.

Other than that, I would probably give this...
