I wish I could rate them NEGATIVE star. I came with my daughter but I only want pedicure for myself. The salon was crowed and packed, I guess the holidays. The owner, which is Jason. I remembered his name because He offered me a drink during a "walk in waiting list" 45 minutes. But he never give me the drink, I guess he just asking as a customer service !

End up after an HOUR AND 15 minutes, He finally came and said we're now ready put you in chair for your pedicure. Which means took longer than 45 minutes he had told me at the beginning. I didn't mind the waiting cause I knew that's my fault to come in without an appointment. At least after 45 minutes waiting he should've come and tell me that the waiting time is expand into another 15-20 minutes. But he did not do that kind thing.

When the pedicure tech came to asked which pedicure that I wanted. I've told her that I changed my mind, I also want to get my nail but, if there's waiting am ok too. Then the nail tech asked the Jason, Jason said because when I came in more than an hour before and just told him that I just want the pedicure done. So there're no nail tech ready to do your nail.

I was kinda surprised cause he just straight forward told me "NO". He didnt even take a few minutes to check or ask anyone if they're almost done or want to do my nails. And isnt weird when the salon stop taking the customer in at 4pm when they closing at 7pm ?

The pedicurw was good, cause the old lady was doing pretty good. The only things I was mad at Jason that's he was extremely ignoring me when I asked for a nail done. I dont know if I still want to come in ever again cause of that kind...

It was awesome that they were able to fit me in on such short notice however the gentleman on the phone when asking if I wanted to come now or later seemed a little short and kept pushing directions on me when I said I had it mapped and with no warning used the number I thought I had given to secure my appointment to text me 4 times also including the location I said I didn’t need. I got both a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I was offered a complementary drink which was amazing. I had seen my pedicure with normal polish was about $55 so at check out was told $110 with my pedicure being $75 of that because of a $20 gel up charge but yet no crazy up charge on my nails. I use to do dip maybe a $20 up charge is normal but It didn’t sit right with me. To each their own. I had a new customer coupon given to me and I just didn’t want it because I prefer dizire nails. Here my cuticles didn’t get trimmed to my liking, and I know I could of spoke up, but it’s been a long day and I understand the nail artist/tech was at the end of hers. I’m not sure if it’s just me but it seemed very corporate and signs that talked of cross contamination, but they don’t serve food. Now that had me cracking up. Using a cuticle cutter on one person and then on the next isn’t cross contamination. I have never felt so unwelcomed at an establishment in my life. When I came in I initially wanted a nail repair but for a refill with a nail repair it would have been $70. A fresh set and soak off was $85. So I got a fresh set. The owner had a beginner working on my toes and she cut my toe nails to a nub and we had to end up changing the style and polish. The French tip would not put correctly on my nails as they were cut too short. The owner was standing near and gave no assistance even as he was watching the mistakes. No disrespect to the beginning nail tech as she’s still learning. I just would think the owner would assist if he see’s someone cutting your toes to a nub. Also there were 0 clients in there when i walked in at 4:25pm. So you would think I would be out sooner than 7:25pm. I told the owner I had somewhere to be and he just ignored me. And proceeded to have the slowest person continue on my nails. The whole crowed i came in with got their mani’s and Pedis and left by now and I’m still in the very back of the establishment wanting to cry my eyes out at the treatment I received here.
