The best Venue in Austin TX if you like EDM. They’re always bringing the best Djs from all over the world. Awesome service and friendly staff, variety of drinks, table service available, VIP area in the second floor, spacious dance floor, outdoor space with some food vendors and additional trailer bathrooms, for some shows they put another stage outside (covered) Restrooms inside are in good conditions, I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes even when it’s a sold out show. I love when they setup the huge disco ball in the middle of the dance floor, For some shows they have Gogo dancers and/or shuffle dancers on stage! It’s fun!
They offer free water as well so nobody gets dehydrated. The whole production is top tier, you can expect to see lasers, lights, smoke, confetti etc. (Also depending on the artist that’s playing.)
Some of the shows last until closing time which could be around 3, 3:30 am. Doors usually open at 9pm. I always suggest to get an Uber/Lyft but if you drive there’s only one negative thing about this venue, it’s next to a Latin club so free paved parking is limited. Keep that in mind so you can plan accordingly; If you get there too late, you have the option to pay for parking next door (usually $20) on Burleson Rd. (Unpaved parking lot) Or you can park on the street near Valero gas station for free as well. Check their website for upcoming shows and buy tickets. Box Office is on site by the entrance as well.
Merchandise available: offering, sunglasses, LED glasses, T-shirts, fans, and more!
Last note: they take Apple Pay, Android Pay and Debit/ Credit cards, not sure about cash but I’m sure they...

There are a lot of good things about the Concourse project. There are also some negatives.
Concourse project usually has relatively inexpensive tickets to see decent artists, mostly DJs and electronic music, a big open warehouse base that they can actually shrink based on the size of the population of patrons. They can move the whole bar forward so it does not feel empty even though it's still a huge area.
There's also a concrete back patio with couple food trucks, And an area to hang and get away from it all with your friends if you don't want to be inside with the boom boom chickety boom boom.
They do not allow reentry, which is particularly frustrating. Run back to your car or leave and come back for any reason. I think the reason they do this is because:
Drinks / pricing: Ridiculously high-priced drinks. I mean it's like you're at a festival spending $10-$12+ per beer. That cocktail will cost you even more $15-18+. Then after all those high prices, it's only appropriate that you tip reasonably.
Scheduling: They don't really release great timelines for when the artist is going to start. I think they might also do this on purpose so you get there early. Not to miss anything when it turns out that the DJ you went to go see doesn't start till midnight:45. Got there at 10:00 p.m. listening to a terrible DJ, not even the same kind of music as the one we had paid for tickets for. It would have been nice to know that the DJ we wanted to see was starting later and we would have...
Read moreI wasnt sure what to expect when going but it was great! parking lot is small but we were able to get good parking. when we left i saw people parked along the road and not sure what else. right across the street is a gas station, semmed very convenient. Inside is like a giant warehouse and it was kind of cold in there. Theres select seating along the sides of the giant floor that looks like the seats you see when you reserve a table with bottle service. half were open to the public and half roped off (closest to the stage). The lighting and sound were excellent. Someone really spent time on dialing that in. Theres a bar in the back. My only complaint was the beer selection. There was maybe like 10 canned choices which werent terrible but im also a little picky with my beer. what i thought was great was that there was an equal selection of non alcoholic drinks. i loved that. staff was very good and polite. The restrooms are by the entrance, down a couple of halls. Where the 2 hallways meet are sliding doors to the back. i didnt go back there but did look out and the border of the back were a bunch of food trailers with gates between them and picnic tables. At the event i went to they werent open but that where anyone went to smoke or just hang out without the music being too loud. I...
