Do not recommend.
They lied about the material they use (i.e. Website says a chair is made out of top grain leather, but if you check the inside of the cushion, it's faux. Their rep denied it when I mentioned it to them without checking themselves, and their website is still giving false information about that particular chair) .
They delivered a nightstand we didn't order and did not deliver a chair we ordered. When I asked about the chair, our rep said she didn't know and couldn't track it. The rep told us the soonest we could get the chair was in January, otherwise we'd have to buy a new chair and left it at that. We specifically ordered furniture that we knew would come before Christmas. Had a full conversation about it with that rep when we made our first purchase with her (over $15K in furniture), but it didn't feel like that mattered.
I had to supply her with a new idea for what could have happened to the chair. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong customer, but Khazana would not say anything about how they would get it back. We were under the impression that we still had to wait until January. I returned the nightstand that was mistakenly delivered to us, and their mover told us "You should have just kept it. Free night stand." ...
We are informed the chair can be delivered before Christmas, which is great. Except they told us the chair would come one day, and it didn't. We never got a heads up. I had to follow up with the rep, who apologized for not telling us. She confirmed the actual delivery date and on that day, nobody came again. The rep didn't email or call us to say it was delayed AGAIN. I called the store and a different rep said he would try to get the movers to prioritize my order, but he couldn't guarantee anything because it's hard to get their movers to listen to him. I asked for a time range for when they'd come by, and he said that they don't do time ranges because they don't know when the furniture will arrive to their customers, they only know the day it will come. Chair finally came, but god, what a hassle.
Did an in person drop in at the store to buy 2 chairs and 2 lamps that we could get shipped immediately. We worked with a new rep who told us we had store credit and put in our order. He said we should receive the chairs and lamps in a week. Nobody came, and nobody called or emailed. I called the store and the rep who picked up was very hesitant to help us. He kept pushing us to contact our rep ( the one we worked with on our $15K+ purchase), so we did. She couldn't find our order in their system and said she needed our order number to proceed. We were never emailed an order number, but were frustrated that they had to rely on us to track the order instead of gritting through it and either finding it themselves, figuring out what happened to the order if it disappeared, or figuring out how to handle their business with us if they couldn't do the first 2 options. I went to the store to speak with someone face to face.
The rep basically threw the guy who took our order under the bus. He said the software is really confusing and complicated and the guy who inputted our order really messed up. He told us that we didn't have any store credit and that no purchase was actually made and left it at that.
To say we did not feel taken care of is an extreme understatement. The lack of communication with customers, hands-tied-behind-my-back attitude, employee to employee disrespect, poor management system training, and poor leadership skills in the employees really makes this place not worth it. The last rep we spoke to hinted to us that management was a mess right now and they're trying to fix internal issues with people.
That being said, I actually tried to send this review privately to the owner, instead of posting it on Google. Nobody from the store would send me a direct email address or even just respond.

I post here to give other customers a heads-up if they plan a large purchase with this company - think twice. They chose a sub-par shipper (Lodeso, rated D- by The Better Business Bureau, and hold a 1.2 rating on Yelp), which refused to follow-up multiple requests regarding shipment. Calling The Khazana to see if they would help, as they picked the shipper, not me, the customer, the woman I spoke to took ZERO interest, even becoming rude, saying there was nothing they could do, she didn’t handle my order, she individually did not pick the shipper (!?!? it makes a difference who handles your order ?!?!?), not even offering to contact the shipper. I mentioned that I found this to be poor follow-up customer service, and mentioned that I would have to leave a negative review, and, after asking for her name, she hung up on me. Read moreONLINE BUYERS BE AWARE!! I ordered a table in mid June and paid for it, I got an email stating that the table was not in stock and would be in within the next 6 weeks. I agreed to let them keep the funds and would wait. 7 weeks later I called about the table and they stated that there has been a delay in shipping and I would receive the following week. The next week same story, shipping is delayed. I was pressed for time so I agreed once again to wait. In October I called several times and emailed and no table. They will not return emails or phone calls until this month. Promises and reassurance of "next week" it will for sure be here. Here it is November and I ask for a full refund. They cannot issue a refund because the software will not allow a refund after 5 months so Dennis, the owner has to issue a check and will "for sure" get to us in 3-5 business days, no check!
