We happened upon Tracey on Facebook when we were looking for a house. We weren’t quite ready but she was helpful answering questions we had. When we were ready we let her know and she got to work! Once we found a house that we wanted she help guide us through the process and provided not only answers to our many questions but encouragement as well! This was our first time buying a house so literally everything was new and foreign to us! She never failed to reply to emails, texts, and phone calls when we were frustrated or discouraged with the process. We bought a house that was already under construction so we had to wait a bit for the closing/move in. During our first walk through she found, noted, and took photos of things she found that needed to be fixed or finished. It took weeks to get the builder to fix what should have been done before we moved in but it was not for lack of Tracey trying!
