There’s something to be said about the power behind genuine human interaction and care. I’ve been going to this location for the past couple of weeks and I first encountered Corinna on a day when an interaction took place with another employee where Corinna offered to prioritize the other employee's break and basically just showcase true selflessness and leadership. In my career I play a similar role in management so I felt it important to commend Corinna for truly doing such a good job. I did this without any thought because I really just was so happy to see managers like this exist. Today, I came in to the warmest “Hi Majet!” when I walked in. It was Corinna. Not only did Corinna make me feel so incredibly special by remembering my difficult name (which we never even discussed at my last visit) but also my entire order. Juice land has always been a staple. However, this location is not holding up to the juice land name. Balcones' employees need to be retrained. I've been here three times and each time I've had to remind the staff that I am missing a drink. Although I am extremely patient, I am on a strict schedule for leisure during the work day. Today was very unique where an employee started to scoop the top of the drink out with a container lid and re-serve it me after it was made incorrectly. They do not change their gloves after handling trash or touching the kiosk. Food and beverage, serv safe training as well as customer service needs to be implemented here.
