Beware this place is not honest. Had to warranty my mattress that was less then a year old. Had to buy from them again because they would not give me back my money. Bought a more expensive one and asked Marla if I had to pay to pick up old and drop off new because this was not my fault. She said ok. I again explained I would if it was my fault but this is not. She said ok. My husband waited for the paperwork. When got home I noticed she charged $59.00 for shipping. I called and was told they didn't charge for restocking. Restocking was never brought up and why should I pay for restocking a defective mattress? I spent a lot of money there and they had to charge me $59.00 to pick up their defective mattress? MARLA IS DECEITFUL AND I WILL FOREVER BAD MOUTH THE AUXVASSE STORE. SHOP IN COLUMBIA WHERE HOPEFULLY THEY ARE HONEST. If you want to buy the tempurpedic cooling pillow don't buy it there like I did. My husband and I had a very positive experience at Baumgartner's in Auxvasse. Our salesperson Dave was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was dreading the experience of choosing a new mattress, but he made it quite easy with so many choices. Dave was not "pushy" which I really like. He was friendly too. Not only did we purchase a mattress, I have a new Tempur-pedic Cloud pillow! My husband found a Father's Day lift chair that will help him. Their customer service was great! We went in to look, not wanting to buy right a way, and the salesman, Dave, was courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient as we looked and asked questions, never pushy. We went back a month later to look again to make sure we still liked what we picked out. This time the owner Alan helped us. He gave us our space and came back to ask if we needed anything. He brought us swatches and helped us with our order when we decided to buy. Their delivery price cannot be beat!
