I purchased a washer/dryer from Lowe's to be delivered today. They kept putting an old address from years ago in the system. I have called for the past three days to confirm my address and I was told they had my correct address and it would be delivered this afternoon. I received a call from another customer in Bolivar who was getting a delivery today who told me he was trying to help delivery figure out my address. About 15 min later I receive a call from the driver who tells me the address is wrong and my "delivery ain't happening" today. He had it scheduled for my old address which is 2 hours away from me. Attempted to purchase lunch from their deli in Ava, MO. Paid with my card but when I removed it their system canceled the order but only on their end, my account was still charged. Showed the "manager" my account and the notification I get when it is charged. I was told they didn't charge it and I would need to pay again if I wanted my lunch. I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and was told they were not going to let me file a silly complaint. Had to call another location to get the corporate number. Corporate told they would reverse the charge but it would take 7 business days. Awful customer service, out date equipment, and horrible store management. Will not vist again, nor any...
