AMAZING SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!! My friends and I planned a trip to Waynoka to visit The Little Sahara Sand Dunes. Driving up all the way from Austin, Texas, we definitely wanted to choose a reliable spot to rent. Seems like Stewart’s was the only option in the area so we went with it as a recommendation from our Airbnb host. Kellie was absolutely amazing at helping us reserve, book, and get us ready on our ATVs. We initially called about a week before to reserve our ATVs. There’s an initial $50 deposit that goes straight to your rental. She recommended we do a half day instead of a full day due to the hot weather and that we could add on more time if we wanted to. So we took her suggestion. On the day of, we were running late and Kellie called us to check in on us. Once we got there there, the ATVs were already set outside and ready to go. Kellie went through the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. Then once that was done she guided us out to the dunes and we had such an amazing time out there. The ATVs were so powerful and moved through the sand great. My friends and I were beyond amazed at how big and vast the sand dune area was. We didn’t have time to explore the entire park but a half day was definitely enough to knock the wind out of us. The communication between us and Kellie was absolutely great. We also enjoyed everyone’s enthusiasm which made it such a great experience. Overall highly recommended and will definitely be coming back with our friends and family! We also got these cool...

1:00 PM (2 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #1 had mechanical transmission failure under normal use while riding with others in buggy #2 and #3. A chunk blew out the side of the transmission. Stewart said it was our fault and that we must have tried to change the gears while running, but had zero proof. We have plenty of proof they fail in high stress environments and often through poor maintenance. They took the UTV away but did not have other UTVs available and could not supply us with a replacement. They declined to refund us any money.

2:00 PM (3 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #2 had a belt break (happens under normal use) which then damaged the transmission oil seal while riding under normal conditions with others. They took away the 2nd vehicle and did not offer a replacement to continue rental. They again declined to refund us any money.

3:00 PM (4 hours out of 24 hour rental). UTV #3 failed due to an engine light decreasing power to protect itself and could not be ran. Merchant for the 3rd time took our 3rd and final vehicle and did not offer a replacement to continue rental. Of course they again declined to refund us any money.

Stewart also declined to refund us the entire $6,000 damage deposit claiming we broke their equipment though they have zero proof we did anything to damage the UTV, which were driven under normal operating conditions. ...

My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town and decided to rent ATVs for a day out at the dunes. From the moment we arrived, the customer service at Steward Sandsports was top-notch. The staff made us feel completely comfortable with the paperwork—everything was straightforward and legit, which gave us peace of mind.

As we were getting ready to head out, it started to rain. While we were changing into more suitable clothes, the lady helping us (which I believe is the owner) went out of her way to drive to the nearest dollar store and grab us ponchos since we weren’t prepared. That kind of care and thoughtfulness really stood out.

The ATVs were in excellent condition—no issues whatsoever. Before heading out, they made sure to point out a small pre-existing frame issue and other minor wear so we were fully aware for the sake of our safety deposit. That transparency was really appreciated and showed how honest and upfront they are with their customers.

They even guided us to the dunes and made sure we knew we could call them at any time if anything came up. Since we had never been to the area before, they also gave us a map and some great tips so we wouldn’t get lost (which is easy to do out there!).

All in all, this was an incredible experience. We felt safe, supported, and had an absolute blast. We’ll definitely be coming back to Steward Sandsports next time...
