My favorite place to get my dog some tasty treats! I would have never known about how great the store is had I not had some issues driving home.

The store is very friendly and neighboorly. My first time there, I was driving home with my first Christmas tree but was limping my car because I was afraid the tree would fly off. I decided to pull into Turkey Mountain and ask for help. Nelson helped me tie it down better. Then, one night at 1am, I caught a flat. I was alone and didn’t want to change it by myself in a quiet and dark road. I limped the car to Turkey Mountain. Alan was there and offered to help, but I didn’t know who he was at the time and to be super safe, I said I’d come back at morning.

I have been going here for years, feed, beer or whatever. Today finally bought their standard burger. Wow! DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT waste time or money to go elswhere. PERIOD!!! That is of course unless you prefer a dry, commercial type food or think the other more popular places are better. This burger is the freshest, juiciest and best in the metroplex and not some common place you can find on any corner! Staff is very friendly and outgoing. They are dressed for work and I do mean work so if you are looking for a uniformed environment, forget it! Wonderful place to get local quality grain for my animals. If you price by the pound their 50lb bag it is super competitive to the 40lb bag of cheap stuff at tractor supply. They are always super helpful and nice. They usually have my car almost loaded before I make it out of the store.
