FedEx in this area is terribly unreliable, and overall the company does not provide the ability to speak with a live person when problems arise (which they will if you live in this area). The app, text message alerts, and web platform ALL posted that my package was scheduled to be delivered TODAY and I had to be present to sign for it. Now the status of my package shows "we'll add a delivery date as soon as your package starts moving." Took the afternoon off from work so I would be present to sign and now they are going to expect me to take another day off because they cannot bother to accurately provide delivery information. Are they going to call my employer and tell them why I have to miss more work, and will they compensate me for that lost work time? NOT A CHANCE! They do not even provide an option to pick the package up at their facility, which I (and others I know) would gladly do. I know several other people that have experienced this (and worse) with FedEx in our Four Corners area. I am going to suggest to the company from which I purchased the goods, look for a new carrier. UPS and USPS are far more reliable in my experience. What a sad excuse for a package delivery company. Get your act...
   Read moreWish I could give them negative stars. Yesterday the driver claimed to have attempted delivery at 639 PM. Funny thing is, everyone was home yesterday at that time. No knock, no doorbell, and honestly the truck was never here. The package didn't require a signature and there was no door tag to be found. I was in the living room near the front of the house and the front door at that time.
I see that many others have had the SAME EXACT ISSUE as me from this location. I tried to call 800 number to get transferred to the local office but they refused to do so. They had me file a complaint and said they would call me back IF they want more information on my issue.
The driver needs to be held accountable. He lied and never came to my house yesterday. The managers running the local ground office need to be held accountable as well considering how many other people have experienced this very same problem. Completely unprofessional.    Read moreThis company “lost” the same package I had shipped twice in the span of 3 weeks time. The first time I received no information, no status updates and no further information when I reported the package as missing. The second time I was told that the label had accidentally detached and they had received the package a few miles from my location before shipping it halfway across the country to try and figure out where it was going. I spent all day on the phone for them to tell me it was my fault for using ground shipping and that they are not required to deliver these packages in a timely manner. I was also hung up on twice when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. Great service! So great, in fact I will never do business...
