I was in town visiting family and need a dress for a wedding. Bloomingdale bridal and boutique seems to be a good option. They post different hours online then on the store front. That didn’t help me. I called to see if one of the times was correct for an opening time and was told they had only appointments today. That isn’t stated any Where I saw online. It said online appointments were available - NOT only appointments during store hours. Guessing low staff to not accommodate people who want to come in without an appointment. I was getting married and was hitting my breaking point because I couldn't find a dress so I called and the owner told me to come in even though I didn't have an appointment. The owner and her mother are the 2 sweetest ladies I've ever met. The gave me so many options for my big day that it was so hard to choose from but I ended up picking a dress that made me feel like a Greek princess. It was absolutely stunningly beautiful and although it needed alterations done, they had them done in no time. Came to get my first fitting and Tracey and her mom are excellent! So skilled and so lovely to work with. They put a lot of effort into figuring out exactly what I wanted done. They are also making dresses for my flower girls and i’ve never been so excited about dresses. They’re also hemming dresses for my bridesmaids and helping my mom find a mother of the bride dress as well.
