This is the second day in a row where we had bad customer service at this location. Yesterday I was on hold over 20 minutes until another customer service person came on the phone and asked what I needed. I said there is someone looking for my item already. Turns out the first person was "overwhelmed" and just ignored my request. Today my wife went for some parts and the tall, skinny guy supposed to be customer help was very rude and even commented why we didn't have our own hardware store in our town instead of coming to them! Every time I go there the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Any time I had questions about getting tools and such, and I had questions, they answered them without talking down to me as well as gave me helpful advice. The prices are comparable for the area. Even though the store isn't that big, they have a great selection of items. The vegetable plants and flowers they have during the growing season did well for me in the 2020...

It would nice if your hours were updated online. I saw that you closed at 9pm and I rushed and made a special trip to get to the store just to find it was closed. They locked the doors at 8 and not 9 like their hours online show. Either fix the hours or keep the store open to match the hours online. There was stuff I needed today.
