As another small business owner on route 118,I just want to express my appreciation for the undertaking this family has done,from this small grocery store we all were happy to have (and yes,I do remember petitions going around agai st opening mountain fresh).I for one am extremely happy not to have to drive to Dallas to a bigger super market.it was a big undertaking.and to provide us with such convenience in the middle of nowhere is accepted with gratitude and now added beer and wine.and customers in our shop who come from out of town or state to cabins express their gratitude.the meat selection is amazing as are the specials,so stick up when it is on sale).i did have once or twice not 100percent,but it was a yr.ago,never complained,no place is perfect.had very gross experience with fish from a Dallas store.so give them a chance.patronize,the more people shop,the better they will do. With only 2 cashiers up and running and a computer glitch on one of them none of us could do anything but wait. When asked the manager said, "Oh, I just haven't gotten over there to turn them on yet." It was 1:30 in the afternoon and It happens way more often than you'd think.
