My time as a resident here was an awful and painful experience. Not only after 2 days after moving in did I see 10 roaches on my night stand but a mouse was running around as well. I ask the manage to address the situation, but he (the manager at the time), didn’t have a solution. It took weeks after weeks for anything to be done. And it smelt like complete urine in our apartment due to the mice. Never had I wanted to vomit so much and on top of this I was pregnant. Also the mouse got into our rice bag. Roaches falling off the ceiling. Just horrible. And as we pack to move out. Thank goodness. There were mice and roach feces in our cabinet. Seriously are they that inconsiderate to their tenant to let them live this way. I know that they might can’t accommodate with every issue ( broken toilet, dishwasher, and etc), but having that many rodents and roaches has many health related illness. I have lived there at Colombia park for two years, from October 25th 2016 to August 27th 2018. That was the worst and disgusting living time i ever had! Apartments are full of mice and cockroaches. When you complain about it they don’t do nothing, they just don’t care! Rents are too high. Compare to high rent they doesn’t maintain their level of status. People are always screaming day and night. Building gate has security lock but that doesn’t works. Because people always break the lock, I believe too many people live in one apartment and everyone doesn’t have key, specially in the night time recidence are not secure. Hi I'm a residence of this apt build. I want to complain. Very annoying apt. Neighborhood are noicy, laundry card is not working, not allow to smoke, always cold water. I had to take a shower in the cold water today not only today. Office they don't care about residence. When you ask them sth, they give you fake promise. They're rude yelling at employee, especially ladies. I would not recommend anyone to live here, because apt is old and very expensive. New apt on Glebe Rd Columbia Pike cheaper that this old apt. Here my mom pays 1800$ for 2 bedroom, but new apt there 1500$ for two bedroom. I think Arlington county should solve this problem! This...
