If I could give negative 1 feedback, I would. They were completely unhelpful, rude and dismissive in all aspects of the call. I was told if my order didn't arrive to my house, "it was my problem and I had to deal with it" I called door dash, and they advised that the door dasher had canceled the order due to an emergency and returned the baseball bat, hence the store had it all the time and simply didn't bother to check. I naturally would go in and buy face to face but when you work all day, this is the reason why you use a delivery service. As normal, substandard customer service poor people care and management complete in effective. Still don't have my bat, I'm down $245. This is the state of human interaction in customer service. But I get it, I shouldn't be surprised, its most likely the only career these people can get and hold considering Dicks corporate would allow this level...
Read moreMy son and I went to Dick's to find soccer cleats. We were happy to find out that they were on sale. The tag showed $199 for a pair of green Magistas. My son wanted the grey ones right underneath which didn't have a tag. But the sales assistant and we assumed that they were the same price. Dick's didn't have my son's size, so the sales assistant told us that we could order them online. The online price for the grey cleats was $275. So we asked if they could give us the same deal as offered in the store. We found out that we were quoted the wrong price for the grey cleats and that they were $275 because this color had just come out. We talked to the manager, Rai, who immediately offered us a $75 gift card to use towards ordering the grey Magistas from their website. Read moreOkay, I wouldn’t normally do this but I walked into Dick’s for the first time (this location) and immediately was greeted by a door man who asked if he could help me find something which yes I needed help, he then told me the general area and where and not only that he got another staff member to help me find it right away so I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. This was awesome service. In a world where I feel i am bothering staff by asking for help if I can even find someone to help me this was refreshing. Also check out was fast and everyone was friendly, in contrast to say target or other stores where the lines to self check out are so long and they barely have any cashier lanes open. I will be back!! Thank you for making my time pleasant and obviously doing something right with your store...
