I didnt enjoy being pushed from guy to guy and not getting what I needed. Until a big tall man named Michael walked in from outside and said can i help u......i had my issue solved in 1 second and it's fixed superb and i would like to see him get a raise or promotion or something for his good job. He was so polite and treated me not like a customer but a family member and when someone i am not related too nor bffs does that......the community needs to value that and recognize him for it cause that's how our country is being devided and he is not on the devided end he is all for one n one for all. Tall guy n i think when i asked his name was Mikel or Michael.

U would be hurting urself if u didnt go find him and reward his efforts talent...skills customer service...

My business partner and I own a general contracting company in baker city, and although things have changed alot at millers since changing ownership. We get really great customer service from a few employees in the establishment. Katie is very well versed on the paint section of the store, as well as other sections of the store. She's very quik and I've noticed she helps other coworkers find things on the computer she very good at multi tasking. Also Alice is very knowledgeable and can point you in the direction you need. John is also someone id go ask for help from and he usually gives us good information as well. We have been going to millers for the last 2 years. And those 3 would be the ones I'd go talk to and...

Not really sure if they care about contractors, I could bring alot and spend around 10 to 12 grand a week when I'm there. Had multiple issues in the last two weeks where I lost hours of my day. Which I get mistakes happen. But when I'm upset about it they seem to think it's funny, and not their problem. Looks like I won't be buying local. I go in everyday and they screw up my order everyday. They were waisting an hour...
