I highly recommend NOT smoking any flowers sold at this store for any reason. The edibles without corn syrup aren’t toxic.
Everything in the store is generally highly overpriced and not a good value for money (flowers). If they were %60 off, then the flower would be more aligned with Michigan state market pricing and the general cannabis industry as a whole.
The premium hemp flowers I get from Snoop Dogg and Integrity Cannabis are far, far superior to anything I sampled at this store PUFF.
Update 6/19/25: The store still sells horrible products that are mediocre, overpriced, don’t burn right in papers, don’t have any effects, and definitely don’t qualify as Za, Exotic, or even dank.
The $10/gram isn’t any better or worse than the $5 a $7/gram products. The main problem is the value for money. The indoors look, smell, and smoke like crappy light dep outdoor speed cannabis from Mendocino.
The store lacks any real grading system or way for educated buyers to ascertain what they are purchasing. The overall pedigree and profile of the flower is not advertised and the bud tenders don’t like to tell customers about the products OR maybe they lack the knowledge, too!
Many employees have not tried the products they are selling. So, what are they there for anyway? You can buy from a robot then, if the salesman or girl doesn’t know the flavor, effects, smell, etc.
Also, the little that the employees do know is not scientifically accurate such as the theory that there are two kinds of cannabis indica and sativa and one is an upper and one is a downer. This is simply not true.
There is cannabis indica, cannabis sativa, and cannabis ruderralis (Siberian) — all of which are various species or sub species of the cannabis genus/family.
The flowers at Puff mostly are green(not in color but harvest with chlorophyll)/spongey/ premature/ kiefed (the precious THC crystals have been robbed and removed in processing the flower for retail and it isn’t cured or dried properly). The “indoor” is worse than mediocre outdoor from Oregon, but at least the spongey wet and nasty tasting indoor flower looks pretty and has different colors and sparkles.
The stuff is better not smoked. I bought the best of the best and am sad. This stuff is worse than non Alchoholic beers.
I just grabbed a quarter pound of some real fire from Snoop Dogg. If you need to smoke don’t buy from Puff just Pass!!!
The trim ounces are overpriced and inconsistent. Some have a good ratio of shake to the piles of trim they mix together. The employees lie and say that it is not trim (trim is leaves cut from the flowers and stems of the cannabis plant) but rather pure “shake” and not trim (shake is slang for the loose crystals of cannabinoids that formulate in the corner of the box/jar/bag due to frequent handling of the flowers - shake does not have any leaf because it comes from the finished cured cannabis flower product; shake can also contain fragments of flowers (no leaf!) and hairs from the flowers (depending on the strands)) Shake does not have stems, sticks, leaves, roots, or other plant matter that is not flower.
The prerolls are harsh and lots of chlorophyll.

*OLD Experience: The store is horrible and sells crap 💩. They rely on bait and switch tactics and false advertising.
The “shake” ounces are really trim with NO to little “shake (nug fragments and kief). They are overpriced, inexperienced, and uneducated. The store is run by juvenile young adults without any education or experience in cannabis.
They do not understand terpene content or the science of the plant kingdom, especially relating to the cannabis genus and its related species.
The BOGO deals are reasonable but not spectacular. The Mitten vapes are okay but not excellent. The other vapes are a joke and shouldn’t...
