This place is the most awful pharmacy to have a prescription filled. I called ahead to verify my prescription . Long story, not ready for 25 more minutes, and lady said if I left, then I can not get prescription that day. I waited and walked the entire store, observing all the items I will not purchase from Walgreens. I do not know who closed Rite Aid pharmacy, but I do know Walgreens pharmacy is not an upgrade in quality, speed, or cost of service. Workers seem pleasant, but the Walgreens pharmacy setup is a failure and seems to make more confusion between pharmacist and a Call Center. Corporate America has forced me to deal with Walgreens. I hope they put more effort into correcting irregularities of prescription availability. Be honest when my order is not ready, that will be a great start to improve service. Read moreCustomer service at this location has taken a swan dive into a pool with no water. The lines are intolerable. I sat in line at the drive-through for an hour when she told me I needed to come in because they had not filled my prescription. I got inside the store and was number 32 in line. That took an hour and a half. So now I’m in line for 2 1/2 hours and I wait an additional 30 minutes for them to fill my prescription which was promised to me the day before. They seem to have an attitude when this is questioned. Further, there is not one person in that pharmacy that is recognizable to me. It seems like there’s been a whole new change in staff. So what happened to the permanent staff that were there? Did the conditions get so bad that they left? I appreciate that Rite Aid closed and Walgreens took their clients on. Read morePharmacy communication is Horrible! You'd think people dealing with other people's medications would have some good communication skills. NOT HERE! Well over 8 times, (in a row mind you) I've had problems with my prescription being filled. Each time, it's sent over it doesn't get filled. I end up calling them a day or so later, and they either say, "oh we were out, ill get them filled now." So, if I hadn't called, you were not going to fill it at all? And you couldn't have called me letting me know you were out? And now today, I sat in the line for 10min, after I was told they'd be filled by 3:30pm. I was there at 7pm, and then I am told oh, there's a wait on it being filled from the doctor. Which I get that was not their fault, BUT they could have told me that earlier when I called, so I could have contacted my doctor before they closed!
