I believe our property has used this company for propane for 20+ years but my family has lived here the last 7 years. The prices have consistently gone up each year. We looked at other companies and found much better pricing. So we called to cancel and they did it right away, no hesitatation or questions asked. They told us it would be 3 weeks until they could pick up the propane tank so we scheduled to have the other company bring their tank in 3 weeks thinking we could use the rest of what we had to cook. Ellsworth farmers exchange ended up taking it the next day, leaving us without any way to cook for our family.
