Terrible customer service. Called last week while trying to make an online order because the system wasn't working. Spoke to a Heather who was the rudest person I've ever encountered on the phone. In a nutshell, I feel she was discriminating against me the second I told her I was a parent of a student at MEHS. She continually used phrases like "you people" and was not helping me with issue I was having with their online system; instead she spend her energy on accusing me of not knowing how to enter the address properly. In the end, she flat out told me to order from a different store. Never offered to take a phone order or to help me out at all. As soon as you walk in, bulk items from (Kirkland) Costco are on the aisles. Other than the fact that most everything is in Alaska is more expensive it's pretty relative to what you're buying and they do have some great deals if you're looking for them. If you wanna buy local fish...go downtown to Sitka seafood. Better prices on local fish. I saw the same in the seamart store marked up 20%. Just an observation. They do have fresh baked bread in back left corner...
