Someone said It takes 10,000 hours of delibrate practice to make you an expert. So make no mistake, I consider myself an expert in all things service related that is guest or leader oriented. I am a 20 year seasoned hospitality professional and leadership coach. So when I leave a review it is worth every bit of your time.

I am a resident two years here in louisville and I drive a used car. The biggest fear of a used car owner is to end up with a mechanic that is going to "take them to the cleaners". The people at Springdale Automotive on Brownsboro are not like that. They are honest, caring, and know their stuff! Aaron is a customer oriented man. I was driving my car and heard break noise.

I took it to them because I just did not have $200 to pay just for someone to "look" at the car. They have worked on my car since coming here. Aaron (a gentleman who works there) had them take a look at the car, (I did not have an appointment) HE HAD SOMEONE DRIVE ME HOME AS THEY WORKED ON IT, (forgive me I cannot remember the gentlemans name! He was great as well) Then they DROVE my car back to me!!!! that's right DROVE MY CAR TO ME!!!!

They care about how I get around. What is happening to me and how transportation affects my life. They are doing something right over here and Who ever the managers and owners are KUDOS to you! You get why you are in the business. I truly appreciate it. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Springdale has taken care of my Kia Sorento since moving here they will continue to. If you were on the fence before reading this review, you have your answer!

I cannot say enough about these guys! Aaron is fantastic they all show passion and attention to detail when they work! More than all that, they are honest and because of this they will have my family’s business for life. I won’t go anywhere else.

They fixed an issue with my car are instead of me having to pick up my car, they drove it to me! If that’s not going above and beyond and delivering socket to me service, I don’t know what is! And being an authority on the subject of a great leader ship and great service I give these guys an A+. They care about their clients and they care about cars! Top notch mechanics too.

UPDATE 3/5/2020:

Right when I thought I could not be blown away anymore with this place, they take my breath away again. Came in for an oil change yesterday and was told the axel needed to be replaced. These people are so honest I asked was it urgent and they answered not next week but soon. I I decided to bring it back today to have the work done. Not only did I show up for my appointment an hour early...they took me without a grumble! Once the technician took the axle off he looked at it and realized it was fairly new they then looked into the computer to see that I recently had it replaced last year and told me it was under warranty!

They literally did not have to do that. The front desk is so genuine and friendly Jasmine and Kevin are the best! That means the manager is doing a great job! It is unfortunate to say Springdale automotives is a rip-off more than anything else. I had a tire with low pressure that needed a patch, I paid $52 to get this repaired here. The NEXT DAY as I was driving the TPMS sign went off again and my tire felt strange. Took it to back Springdale to check out what was wrong, the person who patched my tire forgot to SEAL IT. They re-repaired it at no extra cost obviously, but it should never have happened in the first place, especially when it cost FIFTY dollars.

If you do come here, CHECK PRICES OF OTHER PLACES FIRST and see how much parts are. I had a rear window that wouldn’t roll up. I was going to be charged 200 for this fix. Went out and bought the parts (about $50) from autozone and fixed it myself. Keep in mind I have zero experience doing this. Took 30 mins and have never had any issues since with it, and never had anyone find any issues during car check-ups.

Normally I love buying and supporting local, but that should never come at the expense of getting ripped off and subpar service.

This place is extremely overpriced and will take advantage of those less knowledgeable about car mechanics, especially women. They have fantastic customer service and have always been polite and quick, it’s just disappointing to know I am not getting my money’s worth in...
