Geek Galaxy, now branded as Hardship Cards & Games, cancelled an online (TikTok shop) order that was placed using a 150$ coupon to buy 2 Pokemon booster boxes. Due to them cancelling, the coupon could not be refunded once it was used to place an order. Cancellation message said item was "out of stock". Given the item was in stock when the order was placed, seller likely cancelled the order to resell at a higher value due to the recent spike in Pokemon cards. Needless to say, being out 150$ dollars worth really sucks. See image which shows the Geek Galaxy account...

Recently I had my house broken into and most of my things were stolen. However they left my ps5 broken on the floor. I was broken hearted to say the least. Among the things that were stolen was all my Magic the Gathering decks. I went store to store asking around and sharing my story until I came to Geek Galaxy where I met Dakota. He offered to take a look at my ps5 and try to fix it no charge so I gave it to him. Although I didn't know him from Adam he fixed it and restored at least a small amount of my piece of mind....

Me and a friend went 30 minutes out of our way to check this place out. We realized once we arrived that they don’t open until 12. Just to wait until 1 and they still haven’t opened the store. I highly recommend calling and making sure you get an answer saying whether they’re open or not before showing up. Or you will too, be disappointed...
