I am extremely disappointed with this store that advertised a "Community Appreciation Event" where participants that showed up to play in Commander events hosted there every Friday and Saturday between 12/12/24 to 1/24/25 were supposed to receive tickets towards a chance to win a booster box of Innistrad Remastered. I opted out of adding tickets to the pool in my name the times I played as I'm a new player that wanted the more experienced players in the community to have better odds at winning it as they wanted the booster box more. Not only did the owner, Jason Sizemore, tell another player that participated in the events he was not going to do the drawing, but when that player expressed being disappointed Jason resorted to insulting that player. Another player that participated left a review about this matter and Jason preceded to find her on FB and viciously harass her. I find that incredibly unprofessional and it discourages me from continuing to play. From what I understand he doesn't just stop at harassing his customers, but employees and competitors as well which he has openly defamed on his business page.
I would also like to add that the first time I played Commander here on November 29th the store did not smell great, the bathroom was unclean and did not have toilet paper. What reason would customers who spent money and time at his store have to fake such a thing? Why would anyone else write an emotionally packed book on how his store is doing to justify him choosing to not do a giveaway he advertised? With anything he types it's pretty obvious it's him as he uses the same phrases, gets hung up on the same points, and makes similar insults across his posts and messages.
