Loading process was very easy, getting your paperwork another story. Standing inside the shack following the instructions to the letter with no results, screen keeps refreshing over and over again so I pick up the phone and no one will answer. Yet they have a camera right there and they can see you but they don’t bother to communicate and tell you if there’s any issues whatsoever with your papers.
So after trying numerous times and watching the screen refresh over and over I asked a yard driver for assistance and I was directed to go into the main office. After walking thru a torrential downpour I got attitude about how she had to fix something and how I’m supposed to sign and wait, yet she could’ve took a second to communicate on the phone while I was standing there confused and wondering what was going on.
