PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Louisville if you are wanting good service and reasonable prices! Their accessories are twice the price and it's their goal to just get you to buy extra stuff you don't need and could care less about quality of service. We had to take our phone home and transfer the contents to the new one because they were too worried about wanting to go home and didn't want to fool with us anymore. But they were happy to charge us 30$ each phone for the store service! And this was the manager! They are truly giving Verizon (which I have been a customer of for 15 years) a bad name. I understand they were busy helping other customers, but I was the only other person in that store and they never once said "Good Afternoon" or "We will be with you in a moment." Nothing they flat put ignored me, and this hasn't been the first time either. They need to be more personable with ALL customers, OLD and new. Instead they were more worried about making that new sale (prolly for their own benefit) than to acknowledge a person who has been standing in their store for over 20 minutes just waiting.
