I love this theater! We always have a great time. Comfy recliners, good popcorn candy and drinks. Would be nice if they had more foods available. Only one negative, I have a backpack style purse, and the manager told me he had to look in it to check and make sure I wasn’t bringing things in. That really upset me. I felt quite violated. But other than that it’s a great place to go. How could it possibly hurt if I did have something in there, which I didn’t? And people wonder why retail is dying in Rural America it's because of property owners like those who own Mallory Brook Plaza in Barkhamsted Connecticut. as there total occupants dwindled the owners decided it would be clever to raise the rates so that the present occupants couldn't afford it to me there anyway at this place that it looks like a bombed-out city after Europe in World War II with only two active businesses attached the movie theater and Tractor Supply. Clearly the property owners have no interest in this property as a retail...

There are a few potholes in this plaza one which I caught the other day at night. These potholes have been there for years. I called the town and they said this is privately owned by Mallory Brook LLC. There are no phone numbers to contact or anything. The owner must be of irresponsible nature since these potholes have been there for a few years. This oughta get their attention to fix them. If they want customers at this plaza they best have nice roads to travel on through the...
