CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Barnesville

I don’t normally leave reviews about ppl because I know some days aren’t always peaches and cream. But, you’re a pharmacist you deal with sick and elderly people, your customer service should be so much better than what it is. Every single time I come there she is very rude and her customer service is horrible. I’m not the only one that has mentioned it, even her coworkers say the same thing. Ppl are coming there for meds they are sick and on top of that, we have to deal with someone like her. I live in Thomaston, Barnesville CVS is the closest CVS, but I’m transferring my current medications to the Griffin location. I’d rather drive a distance for great customer service rather than deal with a rude pharmacist. Just a little FYI to the head pharmacist, If you don’t want to deal with ppl, you’re in the wring line...

I am VERY DISCOURAGED with CVS Which is SUPPOSE TO BE KNOWN AS A PHARMACY first and foremost. I swapped from another place that filled my scripts because CVS seemed to be a convenience, Unfortunately it has become more of a HASSLE! If you have a medication that you take daily, weekly, monthly and it runs out on a certain DATE every month, WHY IN THE HELL IS THE MEDICINE NOT INSTOCK!!!! This has become a ROUTINE THING WITH CVS!!! I am on a medicine i have to take three times a day, ran out yesterday, was suppose to be ready this morning...WELL GUESS WHAT!!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN THEIR OUT OF STOCK!!!! SIDE EFFECTS OF NOT TAKING THIS MED WILL MAKE ME VERY SICK!!! BUT THEIR SORRY,, THERES NOTHING THEY CAN...

CVS in Barnesville, GA is terrible. Rylie rang up our purchase and when she was told the items were buy one/get one, she made the remark that "I don't put the prices in the system" and refused to honor their own sale. Items CLEARLY marked on the shelf, but she wouldn't take the time to go check. The pharmacist ended up giving us a refund. Evidently it was too much trouble for her to make it right, either. I don't expect anything to change about this location because CVS has been made aware of several issued and have made no effort to make any changes or correct...
