I dropped a husqvarna saw off 6 months ago to have the fuel line replaced, been going up there weekly/ biweekly to check on it only to be told he hasn't gotten to it yet due to being so busy (as a business owner of a highly recommended tree service I understand completely about being slammed) last week when I went in to check on it, I was told that there's no work order for it, the owner had to locate the saw and to find it and it was missing parts fuel lines was just hanging it was missing the fuel cap and the breather the carb had been replaced with one that doesn't even work. Got a call yesterday that we could pick it up today. My husband gets there and it's missing parts and doesn't run, the new guy told my husband they are a stihl dealer and can't get parts for this saw, but yet they have fixed others in the past that wasn't stihl, and for the past 6 months not once has anyone told either of us they can't fix it because of it not being a stihl! I have been trying to get LS mauzuri tortoise food for 3 weeks. They told me they had to special order it and that it would take a week to come in. I come back a week later and they ordered the wrong food. So, they say to come back in another week. When I do, they say they never placed the order. So, I come back a week later and am told that it takes 10+ days to get a special order so it is not going to be in until next thursday (another week). Came here today to pick up an item I ordered. Called 3 times before I came. Checked website. No indicator that they were closed today. Drove an hour for the item I couldn’t find anywhere else with a sick kid. Needless to say. I’m PISSED. This is not how you conduct business. Rather pay triple the price than make this unnecessary trip again.
