We had extreme audio install wiring and a receiver for surroundsound several years ago something went wrong we had no sound We called and they sent someone out for a service call only to find that somehow or rather a button on the remote or on the receiver I’m not quite sure which had been turned off somehow they were there for approximately 5 to 10 minutes and charged a 77-year-old woman $150 to hit a button I would never have anything done by this company ever again and if anybody asks me I’ll tell them...

After making an appointment a month ago I get there an hour before they are open and someone comes in 10 minutes before I did and the response is. It's not a first come first bases. Wasted my time.
