We had a lovely shopping experience with Samantha and Annalise at the Plum Porch recently. Corrie was at home tending to family issues. We were on a vacation to the northeast and had always wanted to visit the Plum Porch. We were not disappointed! Wonderful high quality items. Great shopping experience. Sorry we missed Corrie as I knew her when she was with the US Navy Blue Angels and wanted to see her again. Samantha was very helpful with some items we were admiring. My wife found some nice fleece lined leggings which she says are the best she has ever owned! She also found a nice dress in their boutique and a poncho to go with her leggings. Since coming back home, we have joined Corrie and Samantha a few times for their online live Facebook shows from the Plum Porch. We were able to find some additional items on their live show which we purchase securely and they sent to us promptly. I high recommend shopping with Corrie, Samantha and their team at the Plum Porch for any items for that hard to get person in your life! Christmas list items would be easy to find here at...
Read moreIt’s no surprise that Plum Porch was voted Cape Cod’s #1 gift shop by the readers of Cape Cod Life and Cape Cod Times. This boutique truly lives up to the honor.
Over the past two years, I’ve found beautifully made, thoughtful gifts for friends and family - who live both near and far- items that are personalized and full of charm from glasses, to jewelry to their 02655 (IYKYK :)) coasters and custom wood signs for decor, “Osterville,” “The Mills,” etc , perfect for adding character to any home. I’ve even seen real estate agents from William Raveis and other purchase them as closing gifts.
Upstairs, the dress boutique is phenomenal. I own at least ten dresses from there, each with its own unique style. They’re flattering, well-made, and not just for the beach! I often receive compliments on them at work!
The staff are kind and welcoming, and the entire space has a warm, curated feel. Whether you’re local or just visiting, Plum Porch...
Read moreAlways loved the store until I tried to return something - no returns, only store credits - buyer beware.
Regarding the store’s reply, it’s evident that any unhappiness with policy is considered intimidation and bullying - none of which happened. Store credit, in lieu of refunds is bad policy - this is why it’s so infrequently seen in retail. Evidently, reminding them of that is considered “bullying”. Most businesses would take customer complaint to heart instead of blaming the customer - evidently this is not the practice at...
